Cash back will be paid by Viridian International Management, LLC in the form of a check at the end of your Viridian Energy fixed rate product term.

Viridian will calculate your minus-5 rate using the Viridian Utility Price Index. The Viridian Utility Price Index represents Viridian's best efforts at approximating your utility's energy rate using information from public rate filings, utility billing calculation methodologies, meter read practices and assumptions regarding average customer usage. It does not account for all possible rate and customer usage variations. Viridian's calculations shall be final.
